We had to make the event feel worth attending even before the first session began. SAP HR Connect brings together HR leaders who have already seen the impact of SAP’s Human Experience Management (HXM) solutions, along with those curious about what’s next. The event is about shared learning. Real stories, honest conversations, and a chance to reflect on how work is changing for people everywhere.

What we
set out to do

Celebrate organizations that are creating better employee experiences with SAP HXM, while gently sparking interest among those exploring the space. The event needed to feel credible, thoughtful, and grounded.

Less about selling solutions, more about listening, learning, and leading with insight.

How we went
about it

We anchored the event around a clear, human idea: Human Sigma. A reminder that employee engagement and experience deserve to sit at the heart of every business decision.

In the communications, speakers were brought to the forefront, turning real leaders and their stories into the center of the narrative. Visually, we chose a design language that felt bold yet minimal, doing away with predictable event aesthetics. The clever use of ‘HXM’ as a design element helped keep the focus firmly on people.

Across three cities — Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai — we designed and delivered all event collateral, both offline and online. From emailers and social media banners to stage backdrops, solution booths, and walkthrough spaces, every touchpoint stayed true to SAP’s global brand while feeling warm, current, and relevant on the ground.

What it led to

The events hosted 30 engaging sessions, with over 70 thought leaders sharing insights on the future of employee experience. More than 360 HR professionals from diverse industries participated, making SAP HR Connect one of the most talked-about HR movements of the year.

Digitally, the campaign reached far beyond the event halls, with an organic reach of over 18 Mn and an earned reach of 1.1 Mn. The initiative strengthened SAP’s position as an HR changemaker while driving strong interest in its HXM solutions.
